Part 1: Theory & Hazard Perception (2 hours)

Part 2: Driving Ability (12 hours)

You will cover six 2 hour modules in your Part 2 Driving Ability Training Course.

– Road Procedure

– Manoeuvring

– Awareness and anticipation out of town

– Awareness and anticipation in town

– Mock Test

– Driving consolidation or accompany to test (Use of vehicle for Part 2 Test)

Part 3: Instructor Ability (40 hours + 30 hours DitKit)

40hours of 1:1 in car training session helping you put into practice the areas you have learnt from you online study. 

We Use Online Training Content Supplied By DitKit (How-2-Drive)

What is the DitKit?

• This online Part 3 course will take you around 30 to 40 hours to complete.
• This online content is included in our Full Adi Course 1,2,3 and Part 3 Full Course. 
• You’ll then need at least 40 hours of in-car training if you want to get your PDI trainee licence.

Completing your Part 3 online course first is the perfect way to prepare for your in-car training.

As soon as you’re on the road, you’ll be able to spend more time practicing. This is because your trainer won’t need to spend so much time explaining the things you’ve already learned from taking this course.

What’s included in our ADI training

You’ll get 54 hours of one-to-one in-car driving instructor training PLUS another 30+ hours of guided study with FULL access to our Part 3 online training course – DIT Kit. 

All in-car training is delivered locally to you and in your area.

Help you prepare to pass the Part 3 Instructional Ability Test.

Prepare you to teach real learners.

Help you to apply for the optional Trainee Licence so you can get out and practice.

Learn how to deliver client-centred lessons that follow the DVSA’s learning to drive syllabus.

You will achieve all this by giving you the core SKILLS to help you plan lessons on all the key SUBJECTS.

Once we’ve done that, you’ll be delivering effective driving lessons.

You’ll then be able to take a complete beginner all the way to test standard.
